Part Time Document Controller required to join an established civil engineering business working on a new project that they have recently been awarded. Based North West London.

This is a part time position to work 3 days a week (days are flexible)

As the sole document controller working closely within the design team. You will mainly be responsible for document control duties however there may be the occasional requirement to support with administrative tasks.

This is a temporary position for 6 months during the design and planning stage and is likely to be extended for 2-3 years after the construction phase continues thereafter.

Rate will depend on expereince from £15-20ph LTD (£10-14ph PAYE) on a freelance / hourly basis

Hours are 8am to 5pm

Asite experience is essential however other document control system experience will be considered

Role will involve:

Upload and download documentation and comply with all Document Control procedures using Asite
Maintain up to date list of controlled documents on asite
Updating health and safety files onto asite
Ensure that main contractor, consultants and suppliers comply with the Document Control Plan
Assist in archiving and recording documentation at project completion on asite
Process a backlog of documents and ensure they are updated as requiredTo be considered for the role, candidates must have:

Experience using several document control systems - Asite experience is essential
Experience working on site for a subcontractor or main contractor
Ability to work as a sole document controller
Ability to work in a stand alone position
