Assistant SEO Manager - Flexible Working Available

As our Assistant Manager for SEO and PPC, you'll play a key part in helping us reach new and existing customers through great optimised content and highly targeted PPC campaigns. Purpose of the Role
What we'll need our new Assistant Manager - SEO and PPC to do
Working in our inhouse digital team and supported by our digital agency, you'll help develop and roll-out the paid and organic search strategies for www.fidelity.co.uk and www.adviserservices.fidelity.co.uk. As well as supporting a variety of marketing campaigns throughout the year you'll be involved in many other activities to help grow our digital performance. From undertaking SEO audits; providing on-page recommendations; identifying new content opportunities; supporting outreach projects and monitoring organic performance - you'll be involved in it all.
You'll also help the PPC Manager implement PPC campaigns - defining audiences, creating compelling ad copy, testing landing pages and monitoring performance - all designed to drive the best possible results.
What we're looking for
For starters, you'll need a proven track record of delivering results from SEO and / or PPC and capable of supporting multiple campaigns and stakeholders. You need to be passionate about growing as an SEO and PPC specialist and keen to promote its best practice to our wider business. In addition, you'll have experience in reporting, analysis, and presentations. Any understanding of technical SEO is great, but not essential and something you'll get training in as required. We want a real team player who loves building the relationships crucial to working within our team and the many other departments your role will bring you into contact with.
