We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Corporate and Asset Finance Business in Reading on a temporary basis.

Take ownership of the support functions for one of our revenue generating businesses. As an Executive Assistant supporting Corporate and Asset Finance in Reading, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management skills.

In this role you will support the Head of Reading office and additional senior managers in the office.  The role will encompass calendar management, expense processing and travel coordination using Concur and preparing business presentations. You will need to be very capable with Microsoft Office; have experience taking minutes in meetings; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and be a strong organiser. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple teams internally, as well as work alongside our London and Dublin teams.

Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task, your additional understanding of the industry culture will help you better understand and support the team.
