You will play a key role in the HR EMEA Operations function. Reporting to the HR Operations & Projects Lead for EMEA, you will be part of a small local team responsible for managing HR Operations across the region.

As the primary escalation for HR Operations in the region you will work across all business groups in EMEA, building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties including the HR Service Centre teams in the Philippines and the USA, senior business stakeholders and external HR suppliers.

You will partner with our HR Service Centre teams to ensure effective provision of HR operational services to all the EMEA locations to support the end-end life cycle of employment. Evaluate efficiency of existing HR operations and consider alternate work` procedures to improve service delivery and the employee experience. You will manage the HR operational aspects of projects in the region (acquisitions, business change, regulatory change etc).

A resourceful self-starter who is numerate, analytical and a strong communicator. You will have strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and be able to gather information from and leverage a variety of sources. An ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction. In addition, you will have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
