My public sector client is looking for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join their commercial property team and contribute to the management of a diverse commercial and operational property portfolio.
The work is varied and will include all landlord and tenant negotiations such as rent reviews, lease renewal, valuations, lettings, dilapidations and service charge issues as required. My client expects you to be able to provide clear property advice to other departments on all property related matters and you may need to prepare financial and development appraisals and to acquire or dispose of land/properties.
To secure this role you must have a General Practice background and have strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ideally you will be MRICS, however this is not essential.
This position is a 4 month interim contract and is an immediate requirement.
Please note, my client is flexible with working arrangements and would consider someone on a part time basis, although 5 days is preferred!
If you're interested or know of anyone that would be, please get in touch!
