Job Title - Administrator
Location - Bournemouth
About the role / project:
Initial 12 week contract
What you will do:
Provide admin support for rail sector team
*Managing the ODA mailbox, which is where ODA requests for new/replacement staff are sent
*Reviewing ODA request forms. Contacting requesters for additional information
*Ensuring that ODA requests are within budget
*Ensuring that ODA requests comply with Network Rail HR policies
*Consolidating ODA requests onto a tracker, which is then sent to the ODA panel for review
*Communicating the outcome of the ODA panel to requesters and relevant directors
Experience:
Moderate skills in excel and outlook
