The Position

Finding, engaging and attracting the best talent for Roche is the nature of this role which directly impacts our quality and performance in every way. You’ll be working in collaboration with resourcing partners, experts and leaders from across the business locally and globally to develop clear plans for resourcing needs. Identifying local and global trends and predicted talent issues, you’ll be a proactive and pragmatic scout for talent, seeking opportunities to strengthen the organisation through excellent attraction and hiring processes.

Developing a deep knowledge of the organisation, especially your own business area and its needs, you’ll also get to know the external marketplace, understanding competitors, influencers and partners and will act as a brand ambassador for Roche. You’ll look to share valuable market knowledge within HR and beyond, working collaboratively to develop leading talent attraction and resourcing solutions.

At Roche we are undergoing an organisational transformation to be more agile and innovative in a dynamic environment. Therefore our recruitment philosophy is evolving to be instrumental in our transformation, as we are focusing on assessing the mindset, behaviour and potential of individuals coming from atypical talent pools in addition to those with more traditional backgrounds. This is an opportunity to be part of our journey.

Who you are

With previous recruitment experience, you’re confident in a large matrix organisation, working in partnership across global divisions and teams to build effective partnerships, getting to understand specific challenges from different perspectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, where you will establish yourself as a trustworthy, committed partner for hiring managers and employees alike.

We are keen to hear from individuals who have a high level of integrity and self-awareness. You will be someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo; in particular, someone who has been successful in innovating and thinking beyond conventional boundaries.

Good luck with your application.
