The Position

 30 hours over 4 or 5 days

Complex legal, regulatory and compliance structures govern our everyday activity at Roche and shape the outcomes which we strive to deliver to patients. In providing Medical Final Signatory partnership to the business, this role facilitates the translation of these legal, regulatory and complaince codes into practical solutions for the business. Leading on strategic direction of the organisational approach to the provision of Final Signatory support, you’ll identify and develop approaches that expedite the process and give assurance to stakeholders.

Taking an expert understand of the ABPI code of practice and coupling it with internal policy, process and wider relevant legislation, you’ll offer applied knowledge to franchise and team leaders to support medical signatory. With oversight of standards, you’ll pursue excellence in final signatory, through strategic projects, objectives, support, training and assessments which ensure quality is achieved and maintained.

Who you are

You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies, and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.

As a UK registered medical practitioner or pharmacist, you’ll have an inscrutable understanding of the ABPI and EFPIA codes of practice in letter and spirit. Experienced in final sign off processes, you’ll be confident in providing expert advice and guidance, including in the interpretation and production of SOPs. An effective project manager with presentation and communication skills, you’ll be comfortable working with outside agencies in the context of the UK healthcare market, including the NHS.

In return we offer a competitive salary plus the excellent benefits you would expect from a bluechip organisation, including a genuine interest in your development.

We are committed to supporting your work-life balance and recognise the changing demands and circumstances in life. Please let us know during the recruitment process if you’re interested in part time working or job sharing. In addition, should your circumstances change once you have joined Roche you can also request flexible working arrangements, e.g. a change to working hours - if it’s feasible then we’ll make it happen.

Roche is an equal opportunity employer.
