Strong leadership from an empowering, forward-looking Director of Human Resources is key to progressing the college into this new era. Reporting directly to the Principal and Chief Executive, the successful candidate will play a key role in realising the college’s vision, values and organisational culture.

Leading our exceptional HR Team, you will oversee the delivery of a high-quality HR service to college staff and managers. The new post holder will develop, monitor and deliver the college’s Human Resources Strategy in support of the College Strategic Plan while providing consistent expert advice to the Senior Leadership Team, Board of Governors and staff across a broad HR remit, including employment law and HR policies and procedures. You will also be proactive in leading on organisational development and managing change.
