At our client you’ll see the difference you make in people's lives and local communities. They manage more than 12,000 homes across their proud city. But there’s so much more to them than that. They build thriving communities and places where people want to live. They help people to learn, manage their money, launch successful businesses and improve their employability.

As a Customer Services Adviser you’ll be on the ‘front line’ of their organisation in their busy Hulme contact centre. You’ll be helping their customers with a variety of enquiries about repairs, rent, housing benefits, anti-social behaviour, housing options, and much more. Their aim is to deliver the best service possible, resolving queries at the first point of contact and providing a positive customer experience at all times.

As well as the efficient and effective manning of their phones and receptions you will also be involved in administrative support and other customer service activities such as carrying out satisfaction surveys, processing complaints, helping customers in our IT suite, and supporting community events.

They are looking for people with experience in a customer care environment who are highly motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Service demand is dictated by their customers so you will be flexible in your approach and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. You’ll be a good communicator and adept at solving problems.

Please clearly state in your application if you are applying for full time (35 hours) or part time (16-25 hours) (or both). If part time please tell us how many hours you would ideally be looking for.

Please note their contact centre is open Monday – Friday 8am to 5.30pm and hours will be need to be worked flexibly to provide cover between these times.

These are fixed term positions until 31 March 2020 with the possibility of extension beyond that date.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a short telephone interview during w/c Monday 19 August 2019 and if further shortlisted will then be required to attend an assessment centre on Thursday 29th August 2019.

If you believe you have the experience, skills and enthusiasm for this role, our client would love to hear from you
