Part Time Administrator 25 hours per week 12 month contract £20-£21k pro rata
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support a busy fleet department working in a friendly office and liaising with engineers and suppliers .
You will be working 25 hours per week (must include a Monday and a Friday however hours are flexible and other days are flexible)
You will be helping to validate invoices and issue purchase orders for work undertaken and will be liaising with internal and external departments to make sure the invoicing process is kept up to date.
So as the part time administrator what will you be doing ?
Processing and validating work in progress and invoices
Ensuring all queries are resolved
Assisting customers on a daily basis over the phone and by email
Ensure that Purchase orders are sent out and all information is updated onto the master spreasheet.
Handling any warranty enquiries and validating service sheets
So as the part time administrator what will you need to have ?
Good admin skills and knowledge of word and excel
Experience working within a commercial environment
Previous experience processing invoices
This is initially a 12 month contract covering maternity leave with flexible working hours.
