I am recruiting for a major construction company who are on the lookout for a part time Receptionist to be based in their Head Office near Guildford in Surrey.

This is an immediate requirement and I am looking for someone on a temp to perm basis. You will be working for a reputable company and must come from a construction receptionist receptionist background

You must be a bubbly, professional and friendly person, being the first point of contact for ALL visitors, all the way up to director level! Please note - working hours are Wednesday - Friday, 8am - 6pm.

Booking meeting rooms
First point of contact for visitors / subcontractors / directors
Answering phone calls / emails
Making teas / drinks for guest and visitors
Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
Building relationships with visitors / subcontractorsCandidate Requirements:

Must have a bubbly and friendly personality
Must have previous experience working as a receptionist
Have strong attention to detail
Be organised and show a good work ethic
Be a team player
