A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join a successful recruitment agency to assist with their general recruitment activities, based in Kings Hill, West Malling, on a part time basis

Basic Salary £17,000 to £20,000 with £3000 Bonus related to company performance

Recruitment Administrator’s Core Duties

  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and filtering calls
  • Sending and replying emails
  • Search and selection of candidates using a variety of different methods
  • Reviewing CVs and Identifying suitable candidates
  • Uploading job descriptions to various jobs boards
  • Updating and maintaining recruitment diaries
  • Screening candidates and arranging interviews
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks
  • Updating company websites & social media
  • Maintaining and updating checklists & databases

Recruitment Administrator’s Requirements

  • Excellent IT & English skills
  • A- C Grade GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English & ICT.
  • Experience carrying out administration
  • Intermediate level user of MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Articulate, professional with exceptional communications skills
