What are we doing for our social workers?

We will:

• Give you the option to apply for full time (37 hours) or part time (18.5 hours) and offer flexible working options from your base office in Salisbury, eg. working from other hubs or home, working a compressed fortnight.

• Support you through providing monthly management feedback and reflective supervision in a collaborative environment where innovative practice is encouraged.


• Provide you with a laptop and mobile phone, so you can work flexibly in alternative environments; including working from home.

Our CIC team are planning ahead to meet increasing demand, including significant investment in new positions at management, social worker and PA levels to ensure the best outcomes for our Children and Families. About You:

You will have evidenced experience of professional and personal development and be looking to build upon this and further your career aspirations within an innovative unitary local authority. As an HCPC registered Social Worker you will possess extensive post qual experience within Children’s Services, ideally within CIC.
