There is now a new and exciting opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer/ Solicitor with at least 3 - 4 years PQE or the equivalent as a Legal Executive to join them and to manage a mixed caseload of Civil/ Commercial Litigation cases including professional negligence claims, partnership disputes and director, shareholder and company disputes, debt recovery/ collection and covering a wide range of cases. The role is suitable for a confident Litigator who is a Solicitor or Legal Executive or the equivalent.

We are looking for a competent Fee earner used to managing their own mixed caseload able to use a case management system, be self-supporting and familiar with all aspects of Litigation. Additionally, they must be extremely client focused with a proactive and professional yet friendly approach and committed to this area of law on along term basis and developing the department further.

A competitive market rate salary and benefits package is available. Flexibility around working hours is offered on a part-time basis to fit around school hours etc.
