The Role

This isn't your typical HR Business Partner vacancy. We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join us on a 6 month contract offering the flexibility to work 3 days a week. Whilst you may be an experienced Business Partner, this role will focus specifically on change and transformation projects. Although you won't have a set client group, working collaboratively with a small team you will have the opportunity to work with our central functions clients to support our business through a period of significant change.

The location for this role will be a mixture of Oxford, London and home.



Experience

  • Considerable experience managing a variety of change projects
  • Experience of managing restructure activities and transformation work
  • A strong and solid background in Employee Relations
  • Effective at stakeholder management
