Long term shift work-Ringwood, Monday to Sunday £Dependant on experience

Your new company
We are looking for Support Workers who will be assisting with the care of students within a residential and college setting for our school in Ringwood. They are a growing care provider with Good Ofsted reports set in a 50 acre site where our students live in an eco-friendly environment.

Your new role
Working with students with autism and communication difficulties, severe and complex learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, you will be engaging children in cognitive development and enabling them to reach their full potential. You will assist with on-site activities, leisure trips and off-site group events. You will develop positive working relations with the students, their families and cooperate with Social Workers, Management and Healthcare professionals on the best care package given.

What you'll need to succeed
This is an exciting opportunity for passionate Support Workers who has previous experience in working with autism and learning difficulties in a similar setting. We are ideally looking for candidates with NVQ level 3 or equivalent, however candidates enrolled in that course will also be considered
