About Us
Development Initiatives (DI) fights the causes of poverty on an international scale. Our mission is to ensure that decisions about the allocation of finance and resources result in an end to poverty, increase the resilience of the world’s most vulnerable people, and leave no one behind.
We are currently looking for a Facilities & Office Co-ordinator to join us on a part time basis and support the smooth running of our office in Bristol.

The Role
As a Facilities & Office Co-ordinator, you’ll perform a variety of administrative duties and support the smooth running of our office.
Your duties will involve:
- Providing front desk telephone and reception support
- Ordering stock for the office
- Plan and manage company parties and events
- Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, such as cleaners and caterers
- Making travel arrangements for colleagues
- Advising colleagues on H&S procedures
About You
To join us as a Facilities & Office Co-ordinator, you’ll need:
- At least two years’ experience in an office administration role
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- The ability to use various office equipment
- Confident and clear communication skills
- To be a self-starter who works well independently and within a team environment
An IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Marshal (Warden) or Emergency First Aid at Work certificate would be beneficial to your application.
We’d like to hear from you if you’ve worked as an Office Administrator, Administrator, Facilities Co-ordinator, Admin Clerk, Office Manager, Office Co-ordinator, Receptionist, Secretary, EA, PA, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week, to be split across four days between Monday – Friday.
