Job Details
We’re seeking to recruit a Clerical Assistant who displays a flexible approach, excellent communication skills and is an effective team player, to join our clients team.
Position: Clerical Assistant
Location: Office based, location optional – either at Blackpool or Lancaster
Hours: 35 hours per week (part time hours will be considered) - working pattern open to discussion
Salary: circa £16,400 per annum (pro rata if part time)
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31 March 2020 (Our clients services are contracted; they currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2020)

The Role
The Service Contracted Clerical Assistant is required to provide comprehensive clerical support to the Fylde Coast and Morecambe Bay Stroke Recovery Services.
This role is office based; optional to be based either at Blackpool or Lancaster with a requirement to travel between the two offices a minimum of once a week – travel will be reimbursed.
Based in either our Blackpool or Lancaster offices the Service Contracted Clerical Assistant will:
- Be required to provide a professional clerical support service, allowing the coordinators to effectively and efficiently undertake their role.
- Have excellent administrative and organisation skills.
- Have the ability to communicate with health care professionals and families and carers in a professional manner.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Travel between the offices a minimum of once a week – travel costs will be reimbursed.

You will have:
- Have working knowledge IT packages
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
