We are looking for 2 new Delivery Managers to help drive project delivery within the Department for Transport.
You will join the department’s Digital Services (DS) Team in either their Central London or Hastings office.
You will be accountable for the performance of agile delivery teams and the distribution of products and services that meet the needs of DfT and external users. Working as part of the Digital Services team, you will have the chance to create positive working relationships across the whole of DfT.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Supporting the building and maintenance of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Supporting team members, facilitating continuous improvement and applying the most appropriate Agile and lean tools/techniques to product delivery.
• Planning and communicating with stakeholders, allocating resources and visualising progress towards agreed goals.
• Managing risks, budgets and people.
• Managing dependencies, overcoming obstacles and working efficiently towards deadlines.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and flexible individual with the ability to drive the delivery of projects, products and services within DfT. You will be a strong communicator, possessing the ability to liaise and build relationships with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working with staff at all levels. Experience of working with Agile methodologies alongside first class problem solving skills will also be sought after for this role.

Interviews/assessments are likely to be held Week Commencing 30th September.
Interviews will likely be held in London.
