IMMEDIATE START!! SALES COORDINATOR (FTC until Dec 2019) Nr Herefordshire Pro rata £22K – £26K + Commission One of our leading construction clients is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their award-winning company on a fixed term contract until the end of December 2019. You’ll convert prospects into sales and meet the agreed sales targets. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and you’ll have a passion for all things sales, as you’ll be managing the sale from enquiry to handover.  Part time would be considered.  Responsibilities:  Carry out all aspects of running the day to day sales and marketing centre Continuously deliver excellent customer service by managing the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations Assist with marketing the site and organising sales events Self-manage to ensure the sales office is run efficiently and effectively Adhere to all aspects of the Consumer Code Deal with all visitors to the sales office in a professional, polite and efficient manner Handle complaints and difficult situations Ensure every contact with a lead is accurately recorded, capturing as much detail as possible Prepare weekly reports for weekly sales meeting Assist with training and development of sales coordinators including the development of sales trainee's  Skills/ Experience: Experience working as a sales co-ordinator Good attention to detail Excellent communication and social skills Remain commercially astute  Strong negotiation skills  Good administration skills  Good planning and organisation skills Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure Friendly, trustworthy and professional attitude  Full driving licence If you require any further information please contact Lea Williams on (phone number removed) GB Sales is your specialist in Sales and Customer Service recruitment.
