The Role:

Stafffinders are working with a well-established client in the Clydebank area. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to fill a role within the growing business. Either full time or part-time starting initially on a temporary capacity with a view to a full time or part-time permanent role. Are you interested?

Duties:

You will be in charge of the processing a high volume of invoices. You will match, batch and code invoices and you will also deal with any invoice discrepancies. You will process payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations.

Your Personality:

You will be a good all-rounder with great experience within financial roles. Passionate about completing tasks efficiently and productively. You will also be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work under pressure and to monthly deadlines. is this you?

Skills should you have:

You will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger capacity and be able to pick up new systems with ease.

What Salary are we talking?

The salary is negotiable all depending on work experience.
