Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Up to £22,000 per annum

Robert Half are working with a very successful private sector business in Central Bath who are seeking an established, efficient and team-orientated part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team.

The Company:

My client is located in central Bath so is easily accessible on public transport and is commutable from Bristol/Swindon/Wiltshire areas. The offices are modern and promote an excellent work/life balance with regular events and socials. You will be joining professional, passionate and hard-working individuals so you will be expected to be a like-minded individual.

The Role:

My role will be 25 hours per week and will be spread across the 5 days. The duties include:

• Processing a large amount of invoices
• Daily Purchase Ledger Clerk activities
• Processing payment runs
• Processing credit card transactions
• Matching invoices to PO's before processing

Your profile:

• Previous Purchase Ledger Clerk experience
• System savvy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
• Customer service focused and team-orientated
