Location: Frating, Colchester 
Job type: Part Time, 3 months Fixed Term Contract 
Hours: 20 hours per week 
Salary: £20,013.12 per annum

About the role: 

We’re looking for a Credit Services Administrator to join our team based at our Distribution site in Frating, Colchester. This role is offered on a 3 month fixed term basis and will cover 20 hours per week. 

The main purpose of this role is to apply insured and uninsured limits, communicate to publishers and release any orders that are holding due to insufficient limits, whilst maximising the amount of sales ledger insurance cover. 

You will also be responsible for the review and release of held orders, reviewing and applying insured and uninsured as appropriate. 

Responsibilities: 

- Advising each client publisher of orders holding on a daily basis. 
- Running regular order reports. 
- Releasing held orders once all authorisations has been obtained. 
- Applying to the insurers for insured limits and liaising with insurance brokers for advice and assistance where necessary. 
- Obtaining justification to set Discretionary Limits. 
- Liaising with client publishers to set uninsured Buffer Limits. 
- Audits of endorsed limits and shared limits. 
- Managing insured limits and withdrawals from both insurance carriers. 

About you: 

To be successful in this position you will need to be highly self-motivated and have a positive, professional attitude. You’ll excel in working as part of a strong team and you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the business. 

It’s important that you are highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and that you are a fast learner when it comes to new processes and systems.
