Payroll Officer (Part-Time)
Outskirts of Pickering
£9.50-£11 p/h
Gi Group are recruiting for a part time payroll officer to join their client's non-profit organisation based on the outskirts of Pickering.
Benefits

* Flexible 20 hours per week to work around you
* Hourly rate of pay between £9.50 to £11.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate
* Will come from a payroll administration/assistant/officer background
* Be flexible with working hours
* Be IT literate and have knowledge of BACS payments
The role
* Processing the weekly and monthly payroll
* Implementation of pension reports and transferring funds to the pension provider
* Understanding of the payroll control accounts
* Monthly reporting on sickness, holidays, lieu hours and pension
* Communication with head of HR with changes affecting payroll
* Processing timesheets
* Processing BACS payments to staff and HMRC
* Completing RTI submissions to HMRC
