This role is full of variety and can involve working at Longstock House, Leckford Abbas or Leckford Lodges & Camping as part of our Chef team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Bring your passion for food. You’ll join our talented Chefs preparing the freshest of ingredients. We have very high standards and a focus on customer service. You’ll need to thrive in a busy environment and be a real team player, enthusiastic to bring new ideas to the table.
The role of Chef de Partie involves assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen, supervising the department when required, providing guidance to the Commis chef, controlling stock and minimising wastage.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Commercial kitchen experience and an appetite for learning new techniques.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
City & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ equivalent
