Our client is looking to recruit a part time receptionist until the end of the season, with potential of long term work if both parties are happy. Working in a busy but small office within a popular holiday park dealing with booking and enquiries.
Package:
* £8.31ph
* Weekly pay
* Immediate start
* Able to work every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 9am5pm
* Holiday pay on top of wages
* Chance to work in friendly environment
* Extra hours may be available
* Chance of permanent role in the future:
Responsibilities:
* Being first point of contact for all guests, suppliers and the general public
* Taking bookings and enquiries
* Advising on costs and options when booking
* Offering great levels of customer service
* Helping in the site shop when needed
* Taking payments over the phone , deposits and face to face
* Sending booking confirmation emails
Requirements:
* Previous receptionist experience
* Would be highly advantageous if experience working in tourism / hospitality sector on reception
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to remain polite and calm at all times even when working under pressure
* Great communication skills and able to pick up in house computer systems with ease
* Can commit to working hours till end of season ( Nov)
