We are looking to recruit a number of Service Support Engineers to work in either Birmingham or Leeds. Our client are a large, well-established Charity and are building a new IT Team. These roles are for desktop / 2nd line support and would suit candidates with Enterprise level experience. Therefore any 3rd Line experience is a bonus. They are a diverse employer and welcome applications from all individuals. They also offer a flexible working environment.
The roles will be supporting their whole organisation with a range of IT and Technical issues. This will include taking incidents via phone, email and portal and remotely troubleshooting before moving on to deskside, hands- on support. Candidates should be happy working in this way.
The role will also include support for smaller offices and individuals working in the local area. Some travel to these sites will be required.
