Job Details

This is an exciting role within our Building Services Department providing contract management support services to our electric, mechanical, and gas teams.

You will be linked to a number of contracts and will be responsible for ensuring that works are completed, payments are processed, and key information is entered onto the relevant database.

You will act as the first point of contact for contract queries, complaints and general enquiries relating to the work of the building services department.  Ensuring that information is current and available for inclusion into the key performance indicators.  Also, be able to work well in a team environment.

You will be responsible for driving up contract compliancy levels.
