Deputy Head of Engineering
Salary - £34,610 + £3000 Supplement
Position is based in an FE college in Wiltshire.
The college currently deliver a range of engineering subjects and are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join their team. If you are an experienced engineering teacher and have had experience delivering previously, then this role will interest you.
A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Head of Engineering to join a college that is growing in stature and numbers. The college are the leading apprenticeship and FE provider in the area.
The college is situated across 4 campuses, delivering FE and HE courses. The College have students studying courses that range from vocational qualifications to community leisure courses. The demand for more engineering professionals to join the department is high due to the number of students looking to join this excellent FE College.
This position requires a leader to work with colleagues within the department to provide the best learning possible. A preference would be if you are from a mechanical engineering background as the role does have a practical element to it and some delivery will be necessary on a part time basis.
The role would require you to have a Cert Ed/PGCE due to the part time teaching aspect of the role. This role is a full time position working 37 hours per week monday to friday.
