The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high quality; relationship focused administrative support services. They will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, and other stakeholders. They will Support the Data Protection Officer in delivering compliance in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. 

Specific responsibilities will include; receiving and acknowledging subject access requests, locating and compiling the documentation, redacting relevant data, responding to the customer, responding to general data protection related queries.

In order to be successful in this post you will need:

-          Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

-          To be meticulous and have a keen eye for detail

-          The ability to multi task and meet deadlines

-          Strong organisational and planning skills

-          Good communication skills across various disciplines; phone, email, letter etc

-          Experience of dealing with stakeholders at different levels      

-          ability to work collaboratively within and across teams      

-          Experience of using MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
