Human Resources Officer Our client is an award-winning Hospice providing supportive and palliative care for their patients, their families and carers across South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds. They offer a diverse range of services including nursing and therapies in their Day Hospice, 24/7 Hospice at Home, Adult counselling and Family Support Services and bespoke services for young people, including children’s bereavement service, support for young carers and support for 16-24 year olds with a life limiting illness. The HR Officer’s role is a generalist role reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations.   Liaising closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible for day to day running of the HR function, implementation of HR processes and initiatives across the organisation in accordance with the Hospice’s vision, values and strategic objectives.   You will line manage the Voluntary Services Co-Ordinator and support the development of volunteer workforce.  You will co-ordinate training across the organisation, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation including Health & Safety and data management.   You will be a qualified CIPD member or working towards this and ideally will have previous experience within a healthcare / charity setting. Salary £25,064 - £30,073 per annum depending upon experience.   Hours of Work – 37.5 hours per week.   Part time hours / flexible working will be considered.
