Job Description
Libertatem Healthcare Group are seeking to recruit an experienced rehabilitation support worker to work with our client who lives in Street, Somerset. Our client suffered injuries as result of a road traffic accident and requires rehabilitative support and assistance with domestic tasks and accessing the community and walking the dog.
Hours
The role is 4 hours Monday to Friday, times are flexible.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting with:
* Completing detailed records
* Domestic chores
* Cooking and meal preparation
* Shopping
* Supporting with rehabilitation exercises
* Walking the dog
Training
You will be provided with full training prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
