Better Healthcare in Peterborough are currently recruiting for Community Care Workers to work within the surroundig areas of the Fens and Peterborough.

We are a preferred supplier of care and support services for local authorities and the lead supplier to Peterborough City Council and can offer you both full-time or part-time hours.

This position offers flexible hours and we can accommodate you if you are only looking to work morning, evenings and/or weekends
Care Workers are ideally required to start at either 7:00 AM,or 16:00 PM and work every other weekend - however if your availablity doesn't fit to this we would still love to hear from you.

We are looking for people with a caring, friendly and respectful approach to support our service users in their own homes and assist them with day to day duties. The ideal candidate will have the ability to show empathy and understanding of the needs of vulnerable people.
This role involves:

- Assistance with Personal Care (toileting/ showering/ bathing/ washing)
- Light Domestic Duties
- Medication Administration
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation

No experience is required as Better Healthcare will provide you with quality training giving you the skills needed to deliver high quality care. For the right candidate we can offer:
