RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER c£80k POPULAR SOUTH COAST RESTAURANT
Restaurant General Manager is being sought for this very popular south coast restaurant operation known for its use of locally sourced fish and shell fish from local suppliers.
Restaurant General Managers will need to be a hands on individual who is able to run the restaurant operation reporting in to the owners as necessary.
You will have a team of full and part time front and back of house, many who have been with the company for years.
Service is key to the success of this operation where lunch and dinner can be very busy. Restaurant General Managers should be calm under pressure, able to lead the front of house team in delivering seamless customer service, whilst working with the Head Chef to ensure standards and the menu are in line with the company ethos and diners expectations.
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of Lunch and Dinner over a seven day working week.
