Morson East Anglia are pleased to be working with our Client who is rapidly expanding and have kept the local, family firm ethos.
Due to their expansion plans they currently have a requirement for an Administrator on a part time basis.
Your role will consist of, but will not be restricted to the following:
Job Description
You will perform general administrative duties such as, answering the telephone, emailing, data input, and filing.
Liaising with Clients, either face to face at the Companies premises, by telephone or email.
Liaising with other departments and assisting wherever required.
Person Specification
You will be computer literate with Microsoft packages.
Have an excellent telephone manner and be able to deal with queries efficiently and effectively.
Be customer focused and offer an excellent customer service at all times.
Have the ability to prioritise your workload and input data accurately.
Able to work on your own initiative and under instruction as part of a team.
