Are you an experienced and intuitive administrator? We are looking for a talented individual to join our client’s friendly team based in Coventry, with services in Oxford.

Position: Administrator to CEO and Board of Trustees

Location: Coventry

Contract: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: Starting at £17,614 pro rata

They provide a range of services in Coventry and Oxford which help people with a learning disability live their life to the full.

About the Role:

As Administrator you will report to the Chief Executive and you will be a point of contact for the Trustee board and will be responsible for organising Trustee meetings. You will also aid in the arrangement of events. This will entail you arranging meeting rooms and ensuring a professional environment as well as arranging for suitable refreshments. You will be responsible for collating and preparing committee papers and will ensure the timely distribution to the appropriate persons. You will take accurate minutes of meetings, type them up in the established format, and distribute them accordingly. You will proactively take on any other administration duties in your remit.

About You:

The successful candidate will be keen to take on new challenges and will be proactive in their approach with excellent attention to detail.

You will have experience of working in an administration position supporting a team or a senior member of staff. Your written English must be clear and articulate. Experience of producing easy read documentation would be an advantage.
