Call centre operatives (Inbound) required working on a customer service contract. 37.5 hours per week for an hourly rate of £8.21 per hour.

The role will be to take calls from members of the public and deal with their calls and queries. Typical calls will be to find out information, book tickets or arrange for repairs. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent call handling ability, patience whilst dealing with members of the public and display tact, empathy and communicate effectively.

Hours of work are dependent on shifts but fall within 'daytime hours' and a mixture of part time hours and full time hours are available.
