The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting our marketing efforts across our consulting service lines. This, in effect, is the retained contract side of the business so long term relationships and delivering expert advice are core fundamentals to its success.

The successful candidate will be confident, commercially savvy, creative, have an eye for detail and display excellent written and communication skills. This role would particularly suit someone with a couple of years' in house professional services or agency experience. They will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and become a strong ambassador for our brand both internally and externally. An understanding of the property market would be a distinct advantage.

This is a full time position based in our Leeds (Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle) office with some travel to and interaction with other offices across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

JOB 
Main duties

  • Work as part of a tight-knit friendly team delivering creative and inspiring collateral for our consulting business units.
  • Proactively identify new marketing initiatives and PR opportunities which provide a platform for our consulting business units to engage with their target audience i.e. impact of legislation changes for property investors, owners or occupiers.
  • Assist with the drafting and proof-reading of high impact and thought-provoking content for our owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Content publishing.
  • Drive targeted social media campaigns across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Manage our consulting client lists in keeping with GDPR and data privacy guidelines.
  • Plan and help to deliver various events, including client led seminars, corporate hospitality and internal briefings.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure value for money across all projects.
  • Get under the skin of our brand to ensure all marketing collateral is in keeping with our look, feel and tone.
  • Promote the future of our industry and be au-fait with marketing tech advancements
  • Develop and distribute news stories and viewpoints on our consulting business, new appointments and other corporate information.
  • Manage budgets effectively.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum two years of experience within a B2B Marketing role
  • Knowledge and use of email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge and use of content management systems
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, tenacious and self-motivated
  • Digital marketing prowess
