Job Details
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and driving our marketing efforts across our transactional services lines. This, in effect, is the deal making side of the business so its sales focused, fast paced and exciting. A key focus of the role will be digital marketing so significant experience and expertise in this area is a must have.
The successful candidate will actively manage and drive digital marketing lead generation campaigns for our clients, as part of our property marketing service offering. The ideal person will display confidence, commercial awareness, showcase creativity, have an eye for detail and display excellent written and communication skills. This role would particularly suit someone with up to 5 years' or more in house professional services or agency experience. They will build relationships with key stakeholders and become a strong ambassador for our brand both internally and externally. An understanding, or previous experience, of the property market would be a distinct advantage.
This is a full time position based in our Manchester office with some travel to and interaction with other offices across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Main duties
- Working in a tight knit friendly and busy team delivering creative and inspiring collateral for our transactional business units
- Driving digital marketing campaigns and targeted social media campaigns across Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram to retain, and attract, clients
- Excellent Google Analytics and Adwords proficiency
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in lead tracking and forensic analysis
- Production of quality content to help clients with lead generation
- Pitching to clients about what digital marketing is and how it works
- Evaluating digital marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI
- Supporting the LSH marketing team to educate the business on all things digital
- Manage our transactional client lists in keeping with GDPR and data privacy guidelines
- Negotiating, where appropriate, with suppliers to ensure value for money across all projects
- Content publishing including drafting content for our website, internal channels and clients
- Get under the skin of our brand to ensure all marketing collateral is in keeping with our look, feel and tone
- Evaluating marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of up to five years of experience within a B2B Marketing role
- Extensive digital marketing experience
- Extensive knowledge and use of email marketing platforms
- Extensive knowledge and use of content management systems
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Creative, tenacious and self-motivated
- InDesign skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of html coding advantageous
- Knowledge of GDPR legislation
