Are you looking to join a small but dynamic team that works together, supports each other and goes the extra mile to play a part in our successful business?

Working for an established but new to Peterborough manufacturing company. We are looking for someone who presents themselves well with excellent customer service skills as you will be the very first impression of our company in order to meet and greet visitors to our site.

You will need exceptional attention to detail which is necessary for the administration tasks required, as well as exceptional communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.

Experience in MS Office and Sage would be advantageous however can be taught where required.

This position is part-time (15hrs per week) and for the right person we can be flexible as to how this is worked across the week, either two full days or 3.75hrs Mon-Fri (am or pm).

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

* Reception Duties - answering calls, emails, post, booking meeting rooms

* Responsible for stationary supply and ordering

* Inputting invoices, payments to suppliers and other accounting tasks

* Supporting the manufacturing and sales functions of the business

* Production of efficiency data reports.

Job Specifics

This is a flexible role working Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week.

The salary for this role is between £20,000 and £22,000 (full time equivalent) dependent on experience and comes with additional benefits such as 33 days holiday (pro rata) pension and death in service
