A Part Time Personal Assistant has come up to join a great company based locally, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to colleagues to help them carry out their duties more effectively. You will also be responsible in dealing with office workloads.
The role involves:
Making sure the office is run smoothly at all times
Dealing with administrative tasks including
Arranging meetings
Answering the telephone
Responding to correspondence and e-mails, copy typing
Preparing presentations, copying, filing
Responding to queries that come into the office
Dealing with documents and emails
The ideal candidate will:
Maintain excellent customer service skills
Have fabulous verbal and written communication skills
Be a fantastic team player
Have previous administration skills
Maintain excellent attention to detail
Be highly organized
Have the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Be able to work towards processes and policies
This is a fantastic part time opportunity and will require a candidate with previous experience within a similar position. The hours are 17.5 over 5 days a week. Please apply for further information and if you are on no notice or have short notice to give
