Full and Part time, daytime and after hours position are available, Flexible patterns between Mon-Sat 08:00AM-09:00PM
This position is fast-paced and varied - no two customers, queries or resolutions are ever the same and you won't always know the answer, but if you are up for the challenge we want to hear from you.
We're Looking For People Who Have
. A customer-focused mentality
. Experience working in customer services
. Excellent spoken and written communication skills
. The desire to own and fully resolve customer queries
. Confidence and a can-do attitude
. The ability to listen and empathize
. A desire to work as part of a team and also independently
. Excellent timekeeping, organizational and multitasking skills
