£10,000 part time 20 hours + benefits

Becoming a Knowledge Analyst with Capita Customer Management:

As part of Capita's Shared Services, the role is to ensure that all our colleagues are able to deliver a great customer experience through enhanced knowledge. The Knowledge Analyst will manage a central mailbox and diagnose issues, to support Analysts on various client accounts.

The Knowledge Analysts report into a Knowledge Manager who manages 3 accounts/services.

What you will do:

  • Act as primary point of contact for all matters knowledge related
  • Respond to emails received within a 24 hour service level
  • Create and manage business knowledge tests process across all sites
  • Provide reporting on knowledge tests and usage of the system
  • Create interactive E-Learning and Upskill sessions
  • Designing engaging packs for internal & client meetings
  • Owning and chasing updates on action plans
  • Host conference calls with both internal and external parties
  • Setting up new knowledge bases, pulling together packs for presentations for senior stakeholders

Your experience will include:

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with great planning and organisation skills
  • Manage time effectively to deliver to tight deadlines and able to prioritise multiple pieces of work
  • Problem solver who is able to create appropriate solutions to support business needs
  • Great stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Positive, professional and proactive at all times in relation to both internal and external colleagues
  • Excel and Word Skills
  • Written Communications skills
