An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our Houston office to join the expanding Global Security & Fraud team.

You will utilize internal processes and external tools to identify risks that may impact Macquarie’s personnel and assets.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for accurately synthesizing emerging and developing information, communicating actionable intelligence, contributing to travel risk and threat assessment products, as well as the intake of emergency phone calls, providing support during crisis situations.

Using your attention to detail you will continuously monitor worldwide events in real-time through social media, open-source information, and proprietary services to evaluate and disseminate information on any threats to Macquarie’s assets, office locations and travelers.

Your communication and analytical skills will be utilized as you synthesize data and compose accurate and timely communications according to established procedures and templates to notify relevant stakeholders such as regional security management, employees and leadership.

You will use your sound judgement and research ability as you conduct research and produce cogent analysis for wide-ranging security assessments with a geopolitical scope being able to deliver these high-quality assessments in both written and verbal form. As well as analyzing daily developments to identify trends and patterns, provide forecasts, and make recommendations.

Lastly, as the primary interface with employees during non-business hours, in any security-related situation or incident, your strong crisis management skills will be required to quickly action any calls received on our 24/7 hotline.
