A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Office Manager to join a specialist sustainability consultancy. Based in Bramhall the successful Office Manager will earn £18,000-£20,000 dependent on experience plus bonuses. This business has seen impressive growth since it was established 6 years ago, now working on large scale commercial projects up to a value of £150m. They consistently help clients to meet sustainability objectives and ensure a robust business case for potential solutions are maintained. The successful Office Manager will join the company’s hardworking team, aiding their day to day efficiency by completing administrative tasks.  As an Office Manager your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  • Managing the online project management system, Teamwork • Marketing, lead generation and initial contact with prospective clients • Preparing invoices to send to clients • Keeping the online financial management system up to date • Keeping the office stocked with supplies • Organising CPD and training • Arranging staff attendance at events and conferences as well as finalising travel and hotel arrangements • In house HR assistance There will be very little in the way of travel required, however there may be some. To be considered for the Office Manager role you must be proactive and self-sufficient. In addition the following key skills and experience are essential:  • A levels and degree are required. A Masters or other post graduate degree is desirable • Experience working in an office environment • Experience working within built environment consulting is desirable but not necessary • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organised and self-motivated • Generally your CV must demonstrate a skill set mostly in line with the responsibilities previously outlined This is a part time role of 22.5 hours a week - these hours are completely flexible but must be done within the hours of 8-6 Monday-Friday. If there are to be 3 working days then you will be required to be in the office for 2 of the days. If there is a preference to split the hours over 4 or 5 days, at least 3 days must be in the office.
