We have a maternity cover contract available as an Internal Account Manager. Your job will be to provide a high quality, professional service to our clients and individuals ensuring we are always meeting and exceeding their expectations. You will maintain a strong relationship with our clients so that you are aware of their needs and able to offer the best possible resolution.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsible to guide the customer through the order process and life of the lease
Respond efficiently and professionally to incoming calls, emails and administration tasks to provide a one stop resolution
Taking ownership and working within guidelines to resolve customer's and other departments queries. Record all queries and action points on the system.
Ensure that the driver and key contacts receive all information required
Work towards monthly order and delivery targets
Organise your time to ensure timeframes are always met
Updating systems and checking documentation

We are looking for someone with:

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience with solid administration skills
Experience with Microsoft packages is essential
Effective telephone and negotiation skills
Prioritise and organise your workload
Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
Inspired by targets and hunger to achieve
Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment
Able to take ownership of problems to resolution
