Interaction are currently recruiting for part-time customer service administrators on a temporary basis for our client based within Peterborough.

You will be responsible for the servicing of cases for clients. You will be handling queries and providing updates whilst ensuring that KPI’s are hit and a good customer experience is delivered.

The main duties within this role will be:

Answering the telephone and responding to emails

Booking appointments

Processing forms and referrals

Organising incoming and outgoing post

Diary and appointment management

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

Whilst on a temporary contract, the pay rate for this role is £8.89ph.

You will be expected to work 8:30am-5:00pm across 3 days a week
