At a time of considerable transformational change for the Group they are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Advisors to join the Allocation and Lettings Team based in Coventry.
This post is responsible for delivering the allocations function to a high quality, customer focussed and achieving sustainable allocations for the Group.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of:

Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
*
Delivering sustainable lettings through an effective pre-tenancy assessment and sign up process to ensure that customers understand conditions of tenancy and that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
*
Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver high quality services, customer satisfaction and value for money.
*
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key internal customers and external partners and customers to achieve business objectives
You will be skilled at achieving performance results, demonstrating an ability to achieve performance objectives. This is a pivotal role within their Allocations and Lettings Team.
They are keen to hear from applicants who can demonstrate experience in a similar role and are able to encourage innovation and creativity within the team to achieve positive outcomes for their customers. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, act with integrity and show drive and enthusiasm.
The role requires the candidate to have a current driving licence.
