My client has a need for a Part Time Site Manager to manage a New Build and refurbishment site in Peterborough area, initially they are looking for someone that can work Monday and Tuesday although there may be the opportunity to work more hours as the project progressing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing New Build and Refurbishment projects within Commercial sectors, they will be capable of programming and schedulling and should be able to hit the ground running. As a minimum requirement all candidates must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card. All candidates should have at held the position of no 1 Site Manager for at least 4 years and will have managed projects upto £3miilion.
